Over the last couple of months we got more and more support requests. We can no longer handle this on an add hoc basis. So… since today we provide a Ticket System. This is now the only way how we provide support.

The rules are simple

  1. Before you contact us, consider to first contact the chat group “Blender Avastar” in SL.
  2. Please log in (register to our Blog if you not yet have an account).
  3. You must use our new Ticket System. Any other attempt to get support will be ignored.
  4. You must have purchased at least one product from us in order to get support (though we do not check this for now)

At least now no request event can get lost any more. We hope that we can get back to normality soon.
